At Savile London, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy in line with UK consumer regulations.


Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • The product must show no signs of use, damage, or wear

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Savile London is not responsible for items lost in transit


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery

  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
